I recently visited one of the most incredible local restaurants I've ever experienced. The host was exceptionally polite, professional, and made the dining experience enjoyable. Every recommendation provided was honest and truly outstanding. We absolutely loved our appetizer, and words can't express how delicious our burger was—it's easily one of the best I've ever had in Toronto. Without a doubt, we'll be returning. Highly recommended!

Hidden gem that is very deserving of their many 5-star reviews! Definitely gotta come back many times before it gets too popular. We completely cleaned every dish and the The lamb chops were the best we’ve ever.

We enjoyed our night here found this place cozy and down to earth but with also some flare. We found the owner more passionate and engaging when discussing the menu and dishes. We found the rack of lamb extremely successful, cooked to perfection, juicy with a nice crust, and the parsnip puree was lovely. The lobster & scallops over a crispy rice and bisque pour was elegantly presented like a painting, I appreciated the creativity of the dish, although the scallops were overcooked. They also had a few options for desserts but alas we will need to come back with more space in our tummies next time for that.

We totally enjoyed the Saturday night out at Wild Chicory. The food was delicious and refreshingly unconventional with Canadian-centric ingredients and good portion sizes. The service was attentive, friendly and informative. We had a party of five including 1 vegan and 4 omnivores. We called ahead to ask if they had any vegan mains and they offered to make something special, which turned out to be delicious. The owner came by after our meal and chatted with us about the menu considerations, ingredient sourcing, etc. which we really appreciated. Our waiter was great. We definitely recommend this restaurant!

Tony always runs a great restaurant! The food was delicious and had flair! I had the steak which was perfectly cooked. We shared the scallops and loved them. My wife had the gnocchi. It reminded me of a Spanish Basque version with Anduli and duck. Firm but with light spice. We loved it. The wine was excellent Bruna Grimaldi! Alex served us and was great! Steven and Michelle

Had a girls’ night out at Wild Chicory when my friend arrived in Toronto and it was sooo worth it. The food was so mouthwatering, they’re something you’re gonna be craving for days after. The vibe was also so great, it wasn’t too loud and too quiet. The ambiance was amazing, perfect for catching up with friends or even a date night. I would definitely go back here. The staff all seemed like they know their thing and the owner, Tony, had a chitchat with us about the menu, which we appreciated. Love love love Wild Chicory.

A cozy neighbourhood spot with a twist on familiar flavours. The cesar salad and east coast/west coast (scallop and cured salmon) appetizers were solid. Classics done right. I particularly enjoyed the bison tenderloin which was soft and tender. But honestly, I would get that dish again just to have the savoury mushroom pudding that came with it. It was AMAZING. The only thing I would skip on the next time is the fish and chips, it was just okay. The fish didn't taste like much unfortunately.
